2. Landlords and other prospective sellers/vendors see your profile and they can send their contact details directly to you.

3. At the same time, you can search properties and if you see something that ticks your boxes, you can send your contact details to the seller.

4. Once you have sent your contact details to someone, or someone sends their contact details to you, you may then make contact directly on the phone and meet or arrange a viewing – it’s up to you! 

 The contact process is done via SMS, which only costs you £1.50 + standard network charges.
